Become a Participant

Becoming a Circle Leader is a four-step process that involves being open to new perspectives and positive change:

Step 1: Learn about Circles

Step 2: Complete an Application

Once you have learned what it means to become a Circle Leader from our Coach, you will need to fill out an application.  She will send you an email to the application.

Step 3: Participate in an Interview

After reviewing your application, our Circles Coach will contact you to schedule an in-person interview. Our interviews are conducted by our Circles Coach and 2 more members of the Circles team. The interviews are relaxed and easy. We ask questions about you and your goals and dreams. And you may ask any questions to ensure that the program is a good fit for you.

Step 4: Engage in Training

Circle Leader training is a twelve-week class which will empower you to begin your journey to stability and economic improvement. The training guides you through the process of evaluating and understanding what resources you have and what resources you need to build.  You will develop short and long term goals and create a plan of action to achieve those goals. 

Topics of training include financial stability, budgeting, building a strong social network, identifying and sharing your story, gifts and skills, improving communication and time management, and goal setting.

The choices are yours to make as you are the expert on your own life. You know if you need help with a budget, more schooling or a better job. You know what gets in your way. The Circles program helps you achieve the dreams you have for you and your family’s financial well-being.
